From Rubber and Polyurethane (PU), to Ceramic and Silicon Carbide (SiC) we provide a non-biased lining option for your slurry application.
All of our products are covered by a 12-month warranty after delivery. Warranty covers defects in manufacture or workmanship (excluding wear and tear from abrasion, etc.) All orders are processed through our factory's Australian subsidiary. This ensures that our warranty is backed locally.
We can support you onsite to address any defects. We can utilise our Pilbara or Perth based support teams. Our Pilbara teams are already inducted at many sites, ensuring quick response times.
The GenRock Product Range
We specialise in premium natural rubber brands such as Linatex®, Rema Rubber, and Linacure, although alternative solutions can be accommodated upon request. The GenRock advantage is that our spools are fabricated, blasted, lined & painted at a single site, resulting in cost efficiency while ensuring consistent quality control throughout the manufacturing process. GenRock RubberShield pipes are designed with an abrasion-resistant rubber lining to protect against wear and tear caused by handling slurries and abrasive materials. Our range of natural rubber lined pipes includes straight spools, bends, and specialty spools such as T-pieces, Y-pieces, lateral and cross pieces.
Cold Bonded
GenRock Resources provides flexibility in material selection, offering globally recognised rubber brands such as Linatex® and Rema. Linatex® Premium Rubber is widely regarded as one of the top-performing rubber solutions for mining and aggregate applications, delivering exceptional abrasion resistance and durability. Additionally, REMA PERFORMANCEline 35 is a high-performance rubber solution, specifically engineered to withstand the most demanding industrial conditions.
Hot Bonded
For a cost-effective yet highly wear-resistant alternative, GenRock Resources offers hot-bonded rubber linings. This process enhances durability, particularly in high-impact and abrasive environments, while significantly reducing the risk of delamination. Hot-bonded rubber linings provide superior adhesion, ensuring a longer-lasting and more reliable protective solution for heavy-duty applications.

We fabricate and line a wide range of pipes and fittings, including straight pipes, elbows, reducers, tee spools, and more. With our specialist machinery, we can line pipes up to 11.8 metres in length, resulting in a seamless finish with no joins or uneven surfaces.
The remarkable hardness and wear resistant properties of SiC ensures a longer service life, minimising the frequency of replacements. Polymeric cast SiC can be engineered to provide excellent chemical resistance, ideal for handling aggressive slurries with corrosive components.
